Beekeeping for an Accessible Future!

Current Projects

Creating a manual and training that instructs professionals about accessible apiculture in agriculture organizations that reach out to the underserved.

This allows Accessible Beekeeping to spread accessibility across multiple states and organizations!

Working with different companies in the United States to create accessible hive systems and modifications based on unbiased â€‹reviews of hives and products created with accessibility in mind!

Justin Ruger (Accessible Beekeeping) and Brian Wentz (Shippensburg University)  partnered to write an exploratory paper on accessible apiculture. You can read it here.
